LIVING ASCENT

RECOVERY · MULTIPLE PATHS

Reduce harm.
Choose an honest next step.

You do not have to adopt one recovery philosophy before you are allowed to ask for help. Some people pursue abstinence. Some begin with moderation or safer use. Some are not sure yet. Living Ascent can show the doors without choosing the destination for you.

Not ready to quit?

You can still reduce risk and ask for support. Harm reduction is not a requirement to continue using, and showing safer-use resources is not an endorsement of drug use. The purpose is to reduce preventable injury and death while keeping the door to further change open.

Withdrawal can need medical care.

If you may be physically dependent on alcohol, benzodiazepines, or another substance, do not rely on this directory to manage withdrawal. Severe symptoms, overdose, trouble breathing, loss of consciousness, seizure, or immediate danger require emergency medical help.

Living Ascent is an independent directory and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations. Programs, availability, and eligibility can change; confirm current details with each official resource.
